Public passport pages
Passport pages (the pages a QR code opens) set no cookies, run no trackers, and require no account. We count page views in aggregate for the product owner — no IP address, device fingerprint, or any other personal data is stored with those counts.
Account holders
If you create an account we store your name, email address, and a hash of your password, plus the product data your organization enters. Session cookies are used to keep you signed in. We record an audit trail of significant actions (sign-ins, publishing) as part of the compliance features of the service.
Where data lives
The application and database are hosted in the European Union (Amsterdam). We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
Deletion & questions
To delete your account and its data, or for any privacy question, contact us and we will handle it promptly. Published passports may need to remain publicly available where EU product rules require it; they contain product data, not personal data.
